Collection of Information

NLPClinical takes reasonable measures to help protect personal information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

Your California Privacy Rights

In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, NLPClinical, LLC commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact NLPClinical, LLC at: info@NLPClinical.com. Please note that if your complaint is not resolved through the above listed channels, under certain conditions, a binding arbitration option may be available before a Privacy Shield Panel.
NLPClinical, LLC has further committed to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) with regard to unresolved Privacy Shield complaints concerning data transferred from the EU. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over NLPClinical, LLC’s compliance with the Privacy Shield.
Notice Principle Statement
NLPClinical shall not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with the consent of the individual or as required by law. NLPClinical shall retain personal information only as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
Pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks we are obliged to inform individuals that we may be required to disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of individuals received pursuant to the EU-US Privacy Shield, NLPClinical is potentially liable.
